Vincenzo is an international transactional lawyer with considerable experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His experience includes advising on a variety of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, restructurings, private equity and venture capital, as well as a wide range of commercial and infrastructure agreements. 

He has a particular interest in the Italian market and represents both (i) Italian clients looking to invest in the UK and (ii) UK (and other non-Italian clients) looking to invest in Italy. Such clients range from large multinational corporations to high net-worth individuals and he regularly advises them in relation to matters such as the establishment and growth of a new business, the acquisition or sale of an existing company or business and the acquisition or sale of real estate and other property and assets. 

Vinny is recognised by the UK directories as a leading lawyer and was also recognised by Global Telecoms Business in 2012 in the GBT 40 under 40 young leaders list.
